A River to Cross

THE STORY BEHIND THE SONG... Sometimes there are symbolic rivers that we each must cross. Those rivers may be wide, they may be turbulent, but with the help of God and loved ones, we WILL make it across ... and perhaps at the end of day, be grateful for the experience.
I wrote "A River to Cross" as a tribute for all those valiant children I've met whose rivers are deeper and wider than would seem fair.
